The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has announced a January 15 deadline for the first round of 2026 funding for several key conservation programs, including EQIP & CSP. Producers interested in these programs should contact Stephen Jaouen (our NRCS Acting Team Lead) to signup.

Programs with a January 15, 2026, batching period deadline include:

• Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP)
• Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)
• Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP)
• Agricultural Management Assistance Program (AMA)
• New NRCS Regenerative Pilot Program (EQIP & CSP)

Important reminder: NRCS conservation programs operate on a continuous sign-up basis. Applications may be accepted year-round, but only those submitted by January 15 will be included in this first funding batch.
