Bee Day at Fraser Valley Summer Rec Camp

Kids participating in the Fraser Valley Summer Rec Camp enjoyed an afternoon learning about bees with Middle Park Conservation District.  MPCD District Manager and local beekeeper, Katlin Miller,

  • Taught the kids about the importance of bees
  • Showed them the ins and outs of beekeeping
  • Shared some delicious snacks made with honey
  • Helped them make their own bee craft
