In January 2026, Grand and Summit County landowners received their annual property tax bills.  Included with those bills, Middle Park Conservation District had a two-page insert about conserving our counties' natural beauty through conservation.  Topics included:

• Leave No Trace
• Noxious Weed Management
• Drought Preparedness and Water Conservation
• Our Ultimate Landowner Guide

In total, 22,000 copies were sent to Grand County  landowners and 29,642 were sent to Summit County landowners.  We have since received over 50 requests for paper copies of our Ultimate Landowner Guide.
