Tree Seedlings

Middle Park Conservation District provides seedlings at a low cost to landowners to aid in forest health and management, reforest burned areas, enhance wildlife habitat, reduce soil erosion, protect water supplies, and serve as living snow fences that provide protection from wind and snow.  We normally have two tree seedling sales a year. 

  • Spring Sale: Orders accepted November - May.  Trees arrive the last week of May (right before Memorial Day)
  • Fall Sale: Orders accepted mid July - mid August.  Trees arrive the last week of August (right before Labor Day)

In a partnership with the local Colorado State Forest Service Office, MPCD sells seedling survival supplies to seedling buyers looking to improve the survival success of their investment.
